WOW.. I have been wondering for years if this will happen. I have been with Natwest for 8years and fortunately i keep my statements, though i suspect i will need a little more having read your statement. I have had charges for a £5 request from an account i had closed, but this company kept sending a request for payment of this amount 3 times in 2 weeks and each time i was charged £38.00. I am now on income support while my next job comes through and with 3 children its been a nightmare. One month i noticed i was charged 320.00 RIDICULOUS. Where do i start as i want to go back 6years....
