Ok, This is my first time threadding. So far, Ihave done the letter thing and got as far as small claims. I used the moneyclaim site and struggled with to many chrs. I edited it down and hit the button. Barclays filed a defence at the last min and now i have an allocation questionnaire which requires another £100 ???? More importantly, Barclays defence begins "The particlars of the claim do not provide details or particulars of the account in question and / or the precise charges alleged to have been unlawfull, or the date thereof." The sample letter on moneysaving expert did not mention this...? Can anyone assist?:o
