Hi, Has anyone out there had any experience of reclaiming charges from the First Trust bank in Belfast?

Hi,new to this site. Am in process of requesting return of charges from First Trust Bank. During the past 6 years when I have been overdrawn they have paid out on cheques and direct debits but have charged between £9-£13 for every transaction. On one statement alone ten transactions were paid out on the day before my pay went in adding up to £90 of charges. Can I claim these back?
