I have just phoned the court to find out if i still send in bundle after appealing against the stay, they have advised the hearing is no longer going ahead, and anything sent in will be kept on file, until this huge court case in london is over and that wont take place till prob next year. i just want my money back.

I have a court date on 14th aug, so have sent my directions to court and dg but they have since advised applied for stay. wot now, can they do this so close to court date?

Directions will be given in this case by the designated civil judge, His Honour Judge G Hickinbottom, on the 14th August 2007 at 10.30am at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff CF10 1ET. 2. The parties may appear in person or make written Representations as to how the court should proceed providing a copy of the representation is sent to the court and the other side at least 7 working days prior to the hearing. Hya. I have received a court date for 14th August, from info I have already received this is a pre-lim hearing. I am unable to attend court on that day, and so have to send written representation to banks solicitors and court. Does anyone have any idea. I think it might be draft for directions. Does anyone have a template of this letter. And what happens after this is sent to the court. PLease help. :| :?:

Hya all. Ive had a court date in aug against HSBC for approx $1800and am trying to prepare my bundle. Cant find the link to the OFT summary to print off. Do i have to include something about the bbc, And also wanted to know do I have to actually attend court, or just send bundle and hope for the best.

Hya all. New and confused. Have received court date in august to reclaim bank charges. Have finally sussed out this court bundle I need, which I got from the court bundle for CAG but when looking at contents page in starts with correspondance, what do I use for this? Any ideas???? Very confused?
