hi nattie i closed all my accounts with natwest cos i was sick of them still have the loan which is being managed by debt managaement

hi received offer letter for the full amount £2845 but i closed my personal account with natwest so requested cheque to my home address was then told because i have i loan with natwest they will pay it into that account so i will never see the cash .... so money they illegally took from my account will be paid into a legitimately aquired loan account???????????????????

havnt posted before because everything went to plan 1 - received bank statements totalled up £2847 in charges 2- sent letter asking for it back 1/1/2007 3 received 2 sod off letters [ ignored them ] 4 -sent letter before action 30/01/2007 5-received offer of full £2847 2/2/2007 DONT LET THEM GET YOU DOWN ITS WORTH HANGING IN THERE ,ITS NOT JUST THE MONEY ITS THE SENSE OF JUSTICE!!!

i bought a car 4 weeks ago for £450 not a lot money i know but still £450 .4 weeks and 100 miles later and the car broke down, had the AA out and the head gasket had gone. I either want my money back or the car fixing any help would be greatly appreciated.
