okay here goes, im starting this new thread as i seem to be doing it all wrong and replying on others so soz about that... i have around 2500 bank charges to claim back, i have done all the letters and the final letter i recieved abuot a week and a half ago from Stuart Higley saying he could dould not do anymore and to use the address below for court proceedings. which is the best company to use? how much will it cost etc? i also am in debt, and had to do a sort of debt management thing will this affect anything?

just curious, my account with natwest went to a collection agency because i got into serious debt...can i still claim back.. also can anyone help me on how to start a thread? not very good at these things

Ok i have now recieved a letter from Stuart Higley saying he can do no more than what he has already done, there fore i now need to go to the small claims court to try and claim bak £2500... can anyone help me start this process off? where do i go from here etc...

Hi All, im struggling to get my charges back can anyone advise me, i have sent 1st letter asking for bank statements, 2nd letter with table and total of charges amounting to £2500... and then recieved a letter of refusal which i then sent the 3rd letter...and althuogh they have been quick up to this point in replying they have now gone silent i have rang them out of courtesy to find out whether they have recieved my 3rd letter but i can't get any answers. i got myself into very bad debt by being with Natwast and looking back i can now see why.... what shall i do next? im at the end of my tether..
