  2. Hi there Here's the update. Following the letter received from Barclays (see previous post), I actually decided to do nothing as they seemed to be willing to provide the requested statements at no cost. So I actually ended up getting those and after going through them, found out that I have paid £860 during the past 6 years. I have now prepared (or should I say, copied) the template letter found in the librairy where I request the Repayment of charges. I will send it early this week in order to keep on the ball rolling. I do have a question though. Would anyone know where I should send it to ? I mean, should I send it to my Branch or is there another address I should use ? Answers appreciated and updates as soon as something comes up.
  3. This is what we got from Barclays (Mr Townsend) They don't seem to understand the term "manual intervention" but they are sending the statements free of charge. Slightly confused but I guess it's ok? We'll keep you posted
  4. Will do ! I must add as well that I sent my DPA letter as recorded delivery. Cost a few pennies but then you can track the exact delivery date, therefore begin the 40 days countdown.
  5. Hi guys New here too. We defintely fancied having a go at Barclays so DPA letter now sent. Awaiting for their reply. Will keep you informed of any evolution. Thanks to BAG founder(s). Great idea and seemingly an efficient one too. Happy days
