Hey, I wrote aletter to Lloyds a couple of months ago and got the same answer. We're sorry ur not happy and will look into it. They got back to me and basically said it was my fault so i said i'll sort it out myself and then close the account. This weekend without warning they have removed my 2000 pound overdraft limit so i am now 2000 overdrawn! They say they are going to charge me an EAR of 29.85%. I was told about this site and have sent a 40day notice letter regarding my charges. They will now pay for what they have done to me!
