Hi all, Been spending hours reading over this great site and im also in the middle of claiming my bank charges back with HSBC. Im at the point where im sending my preliminary request for a refund but where is the best place to send the letter off to? There seems to be lots of different people and addresses on here and im a bit confused. Many thanks in advance.
