Hi people, I've just started my clai in and am at the second stage of the process. I received a letter the other day from Halifax, stating that they have put my claim on hold and are waiting for the final OFT court hearing. They mentioned that they will get back to me when the courts have reached a decision. This is really takes the mick, because they are still continuing to charge me interest! PLEASE HELP! What can I do next to keep the case going? p.s. great website keep up the good work.
