  3. hi, can anyone shed some light on rbs credit card charges? I have looked through the site but only seem to see advice on rbs bank accounts. I have sent off the first letter requesting refund of the charges (around £260) my account ended up over the limit by less than £10. the rbs charged me £20 for this and then deducted the minimum payment from my account, this failed to bring the account within the set limit so they charged me another £20 and deducted the minimum payment again and this continued for a few months and so here I am. Its almost time for me to send the second letter (14day notice) and if no contact is made i am happy to proceed to court. Could you also shed some light on making a claim, Is it as simple as goin along to the Sheriff Court (I am in Scotland) and filling out a claim form or is there maybe a way I can start the process on-line? Any advice or clarification you can give would be gratefully received. scott8040
