  3. They say you are notified in advance of any charges that will be applied but i recently had 4 returned dd charges rolled into one and applied to my account with no notification and it put me £40 over my limit!
  4. I got a letter from NW on saturday saying that the £120 for 4 returned DD had been refunded to me. This is a coincidence because I hadnt written to them asking for the charges back they just did it after i emaild them saying that they had better not charge me as the £120 they originally charged me had put me into an unagreed over draft Result Now got to get the rest of my money back
  5. I had a LLoyds TSB Account from when i was 4 up until about 12 months ago - i got into some financial problems and have closed the account - i currently owe them money on an overdraft and a personal loan I have no doubt that in the last 6 years i was charged a hell of alot - what procedure would i need to go through to get these charges back? Would the fact that i owe them money at the moment (the debts are currently part of an IVA application and are being handled by a 3rd party company) jepordise any claim i may have? and am I able to just send a letter to the DPA officer asking for my statements just quoting account numbers and personal details? Thanks guys
