this must be about the most unhelpful and busy site i hav e ever visited, it is too crowded, i came here for advise about bank charges, i am seeing helplines about missing children whats this all about?? sorry you have turned me off....

i have asked for my last 6 uears statements of first direct and hav e now received them, i do have an agreed overdraft of £250 charges ovedr the pastr 6 years consist of overdraft fee excessive overdraft fee can i reclaim both or just excessive overdraft fee which averages about £30 hope someone can help Roy
