    Hi, I have read many of your problems and views on bank charges.. I have been charged in 10 days £270 of bank charges with HSBC that i would like to claim back, I wrote to them via email (from there website) and they sent me a letter explaining they where within there rights and as a gesture of good will sent me £35. Please can you advise where I go from here? templates you have I cannot seem to find.
