Sorry I did not make it very clear. I will be filing my court claim form online is there any examples I can refer to in order to assist anywhere. Also based on the recent Lloyds victory by default I want to make sure my submission is full of all relavant information to give it its best shot likewise is there a template of a typical submission which I can use and adapt. PWS:confused:

I have followed your combined advice and experiences closely with interest. I am now moving onto the issue of the court claim form. Can you point me in the direction of previous submissions as it appears to be sucessful the information has to be compiled and understood before embarking. I'm with the majority of us lets keep fighting them until they see the light. Any help will be much appreciated. My account is a gold account but I do not know how to change the info! My claim will be for around £4800! PWS.
