  1. I have received my notice of allocation hearing letter and i have been requsted to attend a hearing via teleconference as the judge has 'decided a hearing is necessary before a final decision about allocation has been made' The reason given for the hearing is 'the legal issues raised by the claim make it unsuitable for Small Claims Track and the court is considering allocation to Fast Track' This is probably because I included the draft order for disclosure with my AQ and as this is not available in the small claims track we need to be allocated to the fast track instead Is this a reasonable assumption? Hopefully because the judge is considering ordering the disclosure order! Has anyone else had this experience or used the fast track to claim back their charges (my claim is for around £1500)? Any advice welcome Thanks!
  2. right, so ive got my allocation questionnaire which ive filled in and ive attached a Draft order for Directions so im pretty much ready to send it off to the court So just wanted to check that i didnt need to include anything else, such as a list of the charges and interest im reclaiming etc And to check if its better to return the questionnaire with plenty of time to spare (last date for filing is 10th April) or leave it until a few days before, or doesnt it make any difference! Thanks!
  3. Its been ages since i first posted, ive just been going through the reclaim process since then but thought id update everyone as i'm getting to the trickier bit now! Woolwich (Barclays) offered me less than half of what i was asking for and refused to budge so i ended up putting in a claim on moneyclaim online This has all been going well, they acknowledged the claim but then the 28 days passed so i started judgement only for them to enter a defense the same day!! This was only yesterday (22nd march) so im just starting to get up to speed on the next steps of the process Just starting to get slightly nervous now but i will keep going as i really believe the charges are unfair (all my friends and family are now reclaiming their bank charges too after my nagging!) So any support or advice is most welcome!

  5. I am new to this !! Have only sent my first letter today but very excited about the processes!! can anyone tell me if you can claim against accounts that have been closed for a few years?? any advise when dealing with the woolwich would be appreciated? question from a friend who i am passing the website info onto - can you claim charges if you are still hugely overdrawn and a debt management (chiltern) company are in charge of your finances She pays them and they pay off her various debts and take £12 for the service - sounds like another [problem] to me but thats her situation! lisasparkle
