Newbie to the claiming. I actually didnt read this website before sending my initial letter to natwest, and so I didnt write any of the legal jargon, I just said that I had sought legal advice and that If my money wasnt repaid that I would take further legal action. have i failed already by writing such a shockingly poor letter? where do i go from here? someone help get me on the bandwagon before I fall off completely-i need my money back im currently living off noodles and salad cream:( Mlolly

Welldone for winning! I am currently going through the process, (having been charged HIDEOUS amounts of £38 charges), but i didnt read this website before I actually posted my first letter, which means it isnt full of legal jargon or anything, i just wrote that I had sought legal advice and I will take further legal action if the charges are not refunded... someone PLEASE tell me that i didnt fail already with such a poor letter. what is my next step? i need someone to talk me through it. cheers mlolly
