I have received my statements and I have a load of charges to claim back. However I have had a small amount of charges already refunded by my bank. Obviously I don't include these but just looking for clarification. Say I had 3 charges of £20 and was later refunded £60 - do I just ignore the 3 most recent charges? Or should I make some sort of mention of them when claiming. The reason I ask is that I don't want their being any confusion as to what I am claiming for. I have dated all the charges and currently have entries in the spreadsheets the likes of; 12/03/04 Charges £20 but refunded. Should I keep these in for clarification, or just ignore refunded charges completely assuming they will realise why I am not claiming for them? My claims will all be for Bank of Scotland/Halifax accounts (3 bank accounts and 1 credit card) - 2 of the accounts have totals around £250 - is it possible to claim both as part of a small claim (less than £750) or should it be 1 claim per account? I am also wondering what the current thoughts on contractual interest is - are most people winning with this? Lastly, I have several charges described 'Account maintenance charge' for £8.50. My thinking was that these were not to be included - can someone confirm? Many thanks.

Hi all, I sent my Data Protection Act letter to; Customer Relations Bank Of Scotland Viking Way Rosyth Europark Rosyth KY11 2UU Whereas I see now that folks are sending to; Adrian Percy Data Protection Consultant Business Risk - Retail HBOS plc Trinity Road Halifax HX1 2RG Will customer relations forward to this other address? I sent the D.P.A letter by Special Delivery. **EDIT** The reason I ask is I just want to know whether I should resend to the Data Protection Consultant address.
