hi. i am in exactly the same position. I even have letters dated the same! The threats are also the same. I am not in the position to pay much but think I will make an offer of a monthly amount. They left me high and dry a few tears ago so I couldn't even finish my course! I would like to fight this but right now can't as I have other stuff going on. I hope we can somehow beat these companies. If any one can help then it would be appreciated.......
