Hi Can anyone help me i have read the forums thorougly and after working out all my charges from Capital One Credit Card I completed the Vamps spreadsheet and sent it off with the letter to ask for repayment on unlawful charges, I have received a letter today from Cap One saying that they aren't unlawful and were in my Credit Agreement however they have refunded my account by £56 which i presume is the difference between 20 and 12. Is this normal for them to do this and what should I do next??? All help appreciated Thanks Rach
