I'm getting a similar error: the page starts downloading, then fails pathetically. Is this something on my end?

Hi Everyone I have just registered here after a recomendation from a friend; I am not very good at navigating websites though, and could do with all the help you can give me(!). My biggest issue at the moment is my bank Natwest: I am trying to get them to review their charges against me, but I haven't found an address to send the letter I have drafted to; their staff have been amazingly unhelpful when I have called in. Can anyone here help? Cheers VT
