    Letter received today from Colin Langdale - hasn't completed his investigations yet....will get back to me by 23rd January. Standard letter and will ignore and continue with action. (interestingly took over 1 month to respond at all) S

    3rd letter - notice before action sent today! No response yet from 2nd letter - which is normal. 14 days to wait now. 23rd December is the action date!

    oh-oh I think I made a mistake. In my first letter after the data request letter I did include a schedule but I also did include interest at 8% !?!?! Please can someone advise what I should do ? (I sent the letter a week ago) and just realised my error. Steve

    Saturday 9th December is the response deadline date for the second letter. If I don't hear anything then 3rd letter as per template bank goes out to them.... (typing this here so I can keep a clear record of dates etc)

    Sent my first letter of and got my statements today (with my £10 cheque returned). I am now sending my recorded letter of claim (sticky 2 letter) with the breakdown of charges + interest today. Total claim £850 ish Will update the thread when I know more. Thanks to this website!! STeve
  19. Hi all, I want to recover some £800 ish in charges applied over a 2 year period 2001 to 2002, can anyone point me in the right direction for the first letter template please? Steve
