  1. Nearly there. I have been through all the stages on behalf of my son who is in uni. He is very doubtful that he will get anything back so I am desperate to win it just to show him it is possible and prove my point. We are only claimimh £295 but Lloyds seem to want to go all they way on it. Anyway, completed the questionnaire last night and sending it off today. I had great difficulty completing section G of the questionnaire. I wanted to do it well so that LLoyds may see it ( we are sending a copy to them as well) and may think this person seems to know what they are on about we had better settle. In the end I got all the information together and gave it to my husband to do who is a lot cleverer than I am on things like this- I think he should have been a lawyer. Anyway to cut a long story short we are posting it today and will let you know how we go. If it is successful I will post the arguments for section G on this site so that others can use them.
  2. Sorry Ross tach83 but where would I get a copy of the transcript? Could you give me a web link please
  3. really encouraging. I will complete the questionnaire this weekend and keep you posted.
  4. This is so encouraging. What kind of information did you put in your questionnaire- I'm just about to complete one on behalf of my son Matt who is a student. I would be grateful for any hints
  5. Any hints as to how to fill out the questionnaire eg are you calling witnesses? Is there anywhere on this site that helps you with the questionnaire?
  6. Thanks for all your encouragement. I will return the questionnaire and let you know how I get on. Where can I get help to complete the questionnaire-I'm sure somewhere on this site but not quite sure where.
  7. A few of us are near going to Court against LLoyds but can someone encourage us by saying they have acyually received a cheque or money refunded into their account. Loyds seem to be on the ball as banks go and seem a harder nut to crack than others. Sorry if I'm being negative but I need to know before I return my questionnaire and incur extra charges.
  8. I am just about to send my questionnaire back on behalf of my son- he's a poor student and I am hoping to get £265 back but Lloyds are being really stubborn even over this small amount. It seems as if Lloyds are going right to the wire with all of us. It is a bit scary . I'm just hoping that I don't have to go to court. I'm not as brave as princess aphrodite. Feel free to blaze the way and we will hopefully benefit.
