I sent a letter to A&L regarding bank charges back to june of this year 300.00, 10 days ago 75.00 appeared in my account and the next day a letter from A&L saying that the report by the oft was regarding credit card charges and did not relate to my current account charges but as a goodwill gesture thay where giving me back the said 75.00, is this true?, what more can I do or is this it

I sent a letter to my bank regarding charges, 10 days later 75.00 was put into my account the next day I received a letter saying that the oft where actually commenting on charges to credit cards and not current accounts, they said that as a goodwill gesture they have given me back 75.00 which is 22% of what they owe me, what can I do now????
