Hi folks, its good to see people taking time to help each other on here. It just goes to show how some issues can bring people together. I am about to take on LTSB on behalf of a friend. Can anyone advise on the following - after sending the first two letters I intend to contact the ombudsman as opposed to go through the courts ( claiming just under1.5k in scotland) As im taking this route can I still only claim for 5 years or can I claim for 6 as im not going through the courts.
