hello im currently in the process of claiming/complaining to the natwest. recently I changed jobs from monthly to weekly paid and was left for 3 weeks without any income due to this there wasnt enough funds in the account to cover 8 small direct debits between £8-£30 each the total amount was roughly £165 i went to the branch 8 days before this and asked for a temporary (4weeks) overdraft to cover the direct debits and was told no when they bounced due to lack of funds i was charged £38 fee for each direct debit wich was taken immediatly each £38 incurring a unarranged borrowing fee of £30 subsiquently i have been charged over £600 and left with no money in the account to pay future direct debits and charges from the companys who hold the direct debits. ANY ADVICE?
