Wrote initial letter in May & LBA in July & got usual replies. Set up parachute accounts then went to court. Found some great advice on this forum & at http://www.justclaim.co.uk/courtguide Whitehaven County Court 6WH00858 Issued 13/9/06 Acknowledgement of service from A&L - 22/09/2006 Settled in Full £261.90 - 28/09/2006 A&L have notified me that they wish to discuss the future operation of my account, I cant wait to write & tell them where to shove it!!
