Hi All, I recently joined CAG and after sending the preliminary letter, letter before action and the charges schedule, I have accepted £1311.00 without having to resort to a county court claim. All the necessary templates are in the CAG Template Library-I highly recommend that you go after your charges. Remember to read the FAQ first and to send by recorded delivery so the bank cannot say they did not receive it. That's me finished with HSBC, I will close the account-they were a truely awful bank In my opinion. Cheers, davidlondon
