It's absolutely worth going for though - it's your money after all. I sent my letter with a breakdown of the charges yesteday so 14 days to go....tick tock...I hope I get it back. Good luck to us both!

Hi there. I've just been through my statements and have charges for £4756 for the last 4 years. Some months I was charged £190 for 5 standing orders, each for £1 which were not paid, so I was charged for each. I can't believe it's so much. And I can't quite believe that it's possible to get the money back!
