hello all just joined the site and was wondering if anybody has used a company called bank complaints to help them recover thier charges and if they are ligit., I know they charge a huge fee of 25%, but I am currently going through a bitter divorce and just havent got the time or energy to deal with this, the bank where not very understanding when I asked them to reduce charges and explained my circumstances even though I have been with them for 22 years, this year alone I have calculated approx £3000 in charges I darent go back any further. I just hope this co. are ok
