Cobbetts asking for clarification "Which sections of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, does my claim rely on? Managed to find other threads relating to Supply of Goods Act 1982 and Unfair Terms 1999 etc, but stuck on this one. Anyone help please?

Hiya, followed each step as advised by CAG, reached MCOL stage against RBS. Just received defence from Cobbets (RBS solicitors)and a request CPR Part 18 (whatever that means) from them asking for: 1.Please specify all of the facts relied on by the Claimant in support of the contentions that the charges are "unenforceable under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulaltions 1999, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and at Common Law" and "they must be reasonable under s15 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982" 2.Please identify the sections of each of the above and the principles of common law relied upon by the Claimant in alleging that the contractual provisions referred to are unenforceable. They are also asking for a breakdown of the charges (which I sent to the bank at the LBA stage) and how much do I think they should charge me? Starting to get a little confused now and slightly worried. Can anyone give me some advice please?
