  1. I have now prepared my LBA. If i do have to make a claim, roughly how much is it likely to cost me? Thanks in advance ;-)
  2. OK thanks for the comments. I'll keep you updated
  3. OK some development - when i first sent the preliminary letter to RBS it was to get back a £30 paid referral charge, thinking it would just be that. After i had sent the letter i received one from the bank saying there was also a £30 service charge for going overdrawn. Today i received a responce saying they will refund my £30 i have asked for if i sign a form saying any charges in the future must stand. So what should i do now? just write back and say i require a further £30 for the second charge?
  4. Yes this is my only charge in the last 6 years. The thing that annoyed me the most was i had just reduced my overdraft limit, but had misjudged a payment going out ( by 2 days ), if i'd left my limit as it was for a few days it'd have been ok. Plus when i phoned them up to quiery it, they asked if i needed to see about getting a loan
  5. Greetings. My bank (RBS) has recently charged me £60 for going £38 over my limit for 2 days. I realise this amount seems trivial to some of the charges people have got on here, and wondered if its worth trying to get it back. I have sent the first preliminary letter to which i've had no response.
