:-| Any advice welcome. Started this process on 12 October against HSBC filed MCOL 21 December after no response to 2 letters before action. Surprise, surprise, after this the letter about concluding their investigations arrived. Turned down an offer from Colin for £750 less than my claim of approx £2500 in mid January. DG filed a defence at the 11th hour and my AQ is due by 4pm Tue 6 Feb. Sent the info DG asked for by recorded delivery same day requested, which was signed for on 22 Jan. Keep trying to ring DG but continually getting an answerphone. The way things are going it looks like I will have to spend another £100 to file my AQ as no further offer received yet. I just don't know what is going on when other people seem to be getting sorted fairly quickly. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever get my money back.

I received the same letter dated 28 December referring to my letter of 22 November I had already filed my money online claim by this time and their letter was dated after the claim had been served.
