Although this is my first post i have been reading around this site since october last year, i never thought i would have the courage to take on my bank for its unlawful bank charges but after reading some of the other threads i just had to join in! i am fighting lloyds for £750 which they have taken from me. i am currently at the stage where i have started my claim on line, they (lloyds) have acknowledged my claim and have 28 days to defend so lets watch this space....could any one tell me though, i have read of some people having sent the list of charges to the courts i have not done this, should i:-? .could someone let me know asap. thanks.

ive been struugling to navigate this site, just discovered how to do this its only taken me 2 wks. im hoping to get my money back from lloyds tsb they are due to take another £100 bank charge off me on 1st nov.i am firstly changing my account to alli&leics ive just typed up my data protection form which i will be taking in to lloyds on thursday....by hand which i am not looking forward to.am i going about this right?also can anyone tell me what it means to put your bank in "dispute":-)

Hi Everyone, I Am New To This Site And Am Still A Little Unsure How To Us It. This Is My First Post......i Too Have Been Absolutely Ripped Off By Lloys Tsb And Am Unsure Where To Even Start With My Claim, It All Makes Me Feel A Little Nervous But Something Has To Be Done. Lloyds Had No Compassion When I Told Them We Would Not Be Getting A Wage Going In A Few Months Ago As My Husband Had Been In Hospital For A Few Months, I Asked Them For Help, They Offered Me Nothing In The Way Of Help And Hammered Us With Over £100 Of Bank Charges For Returned Dd(which We Paid In Full Shortlty After.) We Are Now In A Vicious Circle Paying Bank Charges Which We Cant Afford Only To Go Overdrawn Again. We Have Two Young Children To Feed And Clothe Our Situation Is Getting Worse.
