well, not heard anything from my bank, after 1st letter, now sent LBA. by recorded delivery, see what happens in the next 14 days.

allyxia, i am with ntl, and because i wont set up a direct debit for my monthly payments, i am also charged 4 pounds a month, this is also classed as an "invoice", but i shall be looking into that and the ssl, which i also have and pay by monthly "invoice"

first of all, i sent sar and since received back all my statements for the last 6 years, took 32 days. secondly can i also reclaim back daily excess charges, service charges and debit interest charges that i have had automatically taken from my account?, and also i am unsure how to send a schedule of what i am claiming, i have looked in the faqs but cannot seem to find anything about them. do i have to write down all the items in which i have been charged, and finally does anyone know who to send the preliminary letter to at the cooperative bank. any help in these matters will be greatly appreciated, Thankingyou in earnest.

please can someone help me, between 7th and 30th august i was charged 140 pounds commission{as they put it} for un paid direct debits and going over my overdraft limit, i was also charged 25 pounds service charge, 15 pound daily charge, and 7.43 debit interest, am i allowed to claim the latter three back as well as the "commission" payments they have took from my account? any feedback will be much appreciated, thankyou.
