    PLEASE HELP!!!! Nat West are defending the claim for repayment of charges. They are going down the line of the charges are for an extra service and therefore not a penalty, and thus legally enforceable. Please can some one give me some tips as to how to proceed with this? I have got to send them more info by 21st July and am now starting to panic abit! I can not let them get away with it. Please help. Thanks Ang
