Hi, yes I am claiming back charges, must be over 2 thousand. Have read through as much as i can tonight, but not seen any success stories, the threads I've read all seem to stop at the court stage. Do Halifax take it all the way to court usually then? Have you heard of any success stories? I will read more tomorrow when I have more time. James
