Hey I have just got my statements from capital one - I have plenty of late payment fees and referrals from the bank - do I claim for these as well?

Hi I'm about to send off my LBA however i didn't photocopy my schedule of charges! which was a bad move! I am just going to edit the letter a bit as i can't enclose them. Do you think this will be ok?
