hi all im new to this forum and i hope to gain a lot of welcome advice about how to claim my bank charges from the halifax!! i have put up with these charges for the last 20+ years , this is how long i have been with them , i just accepted it as i didnt think i could do anything about it . one incidence was last month i paid a cheque to a plasterer for work he had done for me , the cheque was given to him on the tuesday afternoon , which i expected to be cashed in 4/5 days time , guess what the cheque was paid out on thursday !! how quick was that , when i want a cheque cashing that quickly it never happens !! They charged me £39.00 on that day and a further £28.00 later , i cant wait to get the list of charges from them for the last 6 years , as i know it will be in the thousands , and most of them for silly things !! anyway thats my moan out of the way looking forward to hearing from you all tracey ['.']
