hi all received a witness statement from hfo this morning for hearing on tuesday cant say im really looking forward to it. They have sent documents that are still stating it was sold in feb 2008, and basically as they sent claim form to correct address should've received it. have emailed you ba and doh

ok so welcome have confirmed that date sold is different to date on noa from hfo, also welcome dont have a copy of deed of sale, could hfo still hold a copy of the deed?

ji just re read the letter now im home and is a sentence that states with regards to your request for sale/deed of assignment i am unable to locate such a deed within our records!!!!!!

hi quick question can I send cpr18 now or is it best to wait until afterset aside hearing?

right have letter sent to welcome last chance if dont get answer i want in 7 days will get an order. As for hfo dont mean to sound dumb but am going to send cpr18 letter as advised is there a set format/template? also can i send the cpr 18 letter now whilst the ccj is already in place or do i have to wait for the set aside

hi all Just thought I d let you know received a letter from the sra this weekend they stated in response to my complaint about tr's conduct a file has been opened in the conduct investigation unit and will be allocated a caseworker in next 4-6 weeks

hi thanx for all your help everyone, going to send the original letter back to welcome stating it is not an sar , but cpr give them 7 days and if not then do n244. with the cpr to hfo not really sure what to send, as dont really know too much about cpr, will read up and come up with a draft

hi rang the court, as the officer didnt ring me and they said they had made a mistake, nothing further will happen until after the hearing,really want to make sure im prepared for this set aside. what cpr 18 should i send to hfo ?

ok thank u will resend letter Also had a letter put through my door saying a court officer had visited today as hadnt filled in the attachment of earnings . was told by the court that as a set aside hearing that all action would be suspended . is this right? surely they cant continue when i have the hearing. spoke to the officer and he is going to call me back tomorrow when back in the office

Hi got a date for my set aside today for my set aside its in march, the court sent it through with whole details of some random persons case and order paperwork! maybe someone else got sent mine so efficient!!
