I wasn't sure if I was offended or not, on reflection I think not. I am probably going to have probs pursuing all this. There seems to me to be a lot of jargon which means nought to me, "yet", Like; Whats the procedure in chronological order, I'm sure it's in there somewhere, but finding it is a nightmare. There should be a sticky? laying it out, so that us, IE me "muppets" can go through it and not screw ourselves before we get started, in the simplest of terms, IE do this, then do this, etc, after all this forum is meant to be helping us get back what was rightfully ours to start with. I am in similar position to you, if the worst comes to the worst, I would think that they would simply apply the amount you get refunded to the amount you owe, so you would be better off in some respect. However I'm no financial genius, maybe someone else can throw more light on the subject. I wish you luck in your endeavours. Kev.
