    Hi Well I've been told this is company policy to avoid conflicts of interest and I know that over the years people have left because of this, but I have never seen anything in the company handbook about this?

    I may be soon in line for a promotion to a senior management level but it's company policy that to be at this level you cannot have any family working in your store and that they would need to leave,,,is this legal?
