LBA sent 27/9/06. Awaiting response!

Have just telephoned them to find out if letter was received. Response was that it had been forwarded to Head Office yesterday (the 14th day after date of letter) and I shall receive a reply in 3-5 days. Should I wait and see if this reply materialises or go ahead with the LBA? All advice gratefully received! Louise

Sent in my prelim letter - but not recorded delivery - on 12th September 2006. No response as yet. Advice needed on where to go from here - should I re-send it registered or just go ahead with LBA? Thank you!

I made the mistake of not sending it recorded. Should I resend the original letter again recorded delivery or go straight to LBA? Thanks!

I wrote to BOS on 12th September with the preliminary letter & statement of charges. Have not heard a thing in return and would like some advice on what to do next as the 14 days is up tomorrow! Please help & thank you.
