  1. thanks for help, do you know whether i should sign the settlement as the rejection letter states that i'll accept the offer but will pursue for all, (hope you understand that). thanks
  2. Thank you, but no i've already got that, the bank replied to me before i sent the L B A, i was wondering wehther its ok just to send the rejection letter and edit it accordingly?
  3. i recieved a settlement figure before sending L B A, I Do not want to settle, can i still send the rejection letter and give them 14 days to reply???

  5. Hi all, i have read many many threads and can i just say how useful they all are! They have given me great confidence in deciding to take it all way. I recieved all statements yesterday with a few days left in the 40 days, i was very suprised!! I am sendng Pre letter tomorrow by recorded delivery to ensure they get it!! I will keep you posted. And thanks to you all and good luck!!

  8. I've read lots of info but just want to check that when you send first letter do you have to specify you want the last six years or will they just hopefully send them? This may seem like a daft question but want to get it right from the start? Hope someone can shed some light.!! thanks
  9. Found this site a few days ago, and can't believe how many people are in the same boat!! There is so much information and help and support from the site and other users, it's hepled me to make the decision to take on my bank!! I do have one question before i begin, do i have to open a new bank account first, i've been reading lots of things and don't quite get whether i have to or not?? any help on this would be great.
