My wife and I have made the first step to claiming, rightfully, as so many people on the site have done so, our money back from the bank. We have written relevant template letters and forwarded them to Lloyds TSB and can't wait to get back what we deserve. Does ANYONE have any sort of recommendation in terms of alternative banks in mind of opening a new account somewhere else? I know they're pretty much all as bad as each other but wonder if there is just one thats worth looking into.
