Hi Everyone, I'm asking for £3700+ they have offered just under £1500 which I am about to refuse and return the letter. Next step is court action ( or at least I think so). Does anybody have advice

Hello everyone, As you have seen first time for me . I am currently in dispute with the R.B.S. I have requested the last 6 years of statements from them and completed a quick add up of charges all £6747.97. I am stunned. I have received a letter today thanking me for my patience while they investigate my complaint, and have referred it to another dept. What can I do next to keep the ball rolling. Thanks in advance Gary
