sorry guys ,not been on for a bit, comp down .do i have to get excempt form first before i file court case

hello everyone. well started with lloydes tsb weeks ago= 1.sent first letter using templates from libuary asking for bank statements. arrived a couple of weeks later. 2.sent prelimanary letter with schedual of charges asking for money back. got standard letter back,usual crap about you agreed this and that when you joined blah blah blah. 3.sent LBA with another schedual of charges giving them another 14 days to reply. 4.3 weeks later nothing.
