also tey say it will be refunded into my account, thing is i dont use my abbey account any more!!! this is all so confusing!!!

i have recieved a letter offering me a refund under half what i am claiming, i recieved this letter 2 days after i sent my letter before action, letter!! what do i do, i have read that you send a letter saying, i accept this as part payment or something like that, but i have already sent my letter before action....... now im all confused, as i dont know what to do next???

Tomorrow i will be posting my first letter Preliminary approach for repayment. Will i have to allow for xmas holidays etc, before i send next letter after 14 days, as when i need to send that one its xmas eve???

I dont know what you can do about that situation, im lucky i have my bank statements all the way back to when i opened my account in january 1997, yes i know thats a bit much, but my gran who was an accountant for a big company told me to keep them, so im lucky, as i dont need to ask for my statements!!!

hello, just registered & needing help to see if i can get bank charges sorted out from abbey, they seem to take all charges on the 26th of each month & i dont get paid till 28th, so im hoping i will find the help i require from here!!!
