Hi there I've sent my prelimenary request and after 14 days have had no response, so I'm preparing my LBA today. My question is, what is my next step if I need to go to court? My account is held at a branch in Edinburgh but I have been living in London for the last 2.5 yrs. Do I follow the Scottish or English small claims law? If I have to follow Scottish law, I'd be grateful for some advice as I'm having trouble finding the relavent info on the site. If I need to complete the MCOL website, I'd appreciate it if someone could let me know which English address I should use for RBS. Thanks in advance to the forum admin and contributors for such an excellent site!
