I must have paid over £500 in bank charges over the years and after paying £39 for a bounced £14.00 direct debit I am sick of it. I used to work for business banking (BOS) in Speke and had a staff account but stopped working there years ago. I have just requested 6 years bank statements from them and I want every last penny back. When I have calculated my charges I will be sending the initial letter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
